A few reminders and important upcoming dates:
Please check the delivery list at the CSA site and make sure you are picking up the correct box size and CSA shares.
Mark your calendars! Our delivery day changes to WEDNESDAY for Vegetable and Fruit shares starting Wednesday, November 10th (For WESTERN NEVADA COUNTY ONLY)
The Winter Fruit share starts Wednesday, November 10th! You must renew for the Winter Fruit share, there is no rollover between Summer Fruit season and Winter Fruit season. The Summer Fruit share ended last week.
For some of you, it's also time to renew your 25-week CSA subscription. Check your email for more information.
We deliver on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 24th for the week of Thanksgiving for both WESTERN NEVADA COUNTY AND TAHOE TRUCKEE AND RENO.
We DO NOT deliver on DECEMBER 22nd/23rd and DECEMBER 29th/30th, 2021.

There's been a chill in the air these past few nights that, at some points this summer, felt like it would never come. But here we are again, back to mornings marked by cold fingers and be-sweatered farmers, with days still warm and sunny enough to peel back all those flannel layers and feel the sun on your skin. Soon, we’ll be planting garlic and pulling frost-sweetened carrots from the ground, and making big plans for next year, and some much deserved winters’ rest. Enjoy your veggies this week!

FALL MUSHROOM SHARE have two more deliveries! Please only take the mushrooms if you have signed up for this share and your name is on the delivery list. Some recipes for your mushroom shares:
Mushroom shares include a variety of delicious gourmet, local mushrooms. Varieties included will be lion's mane, oysters, shiitake, chestnut, king trumpets and pioppino.
No fruit shares this week. The Winter Fruit shares start WEDNESDAY, November 10th.
