HOW TO RENEW YOUR VEGETABLE SUBSCRIPTION:

• From your Member Dashboard, you click "Renew Subscription" (https://mountainbounty.csaware.com/store/resubscribe.jsp). You are eligible for renewal when you have fewer than 6 weeks remaining in your share.

• The purchase of these box credits will add to your current subscription delivery count. If you have a cash credit on your account, it will automatically appear at checkout.

• If you'd like to switch to the Auto pay-every-4-delivery subscription, contact us.

How to hold your CSA Share

1. Changes need to be made by Saturday at 5pm the week before delivery

2. From your Member Dashboard (https://mountainbounty.csaware.com/accounts/dash.jsp) use the delivery calendar on the right hand side to select the date you’d like to hold

3. For the date selected, all shares will be listed.

4. Click “Hold Delivery” for EVERY share you’d like to hold on EACH date you’d like to have a vacation hold.

5. For each hold you place with us, you’ll receive an email confirmation from us regarding the hold.

6. If you’d like to receive a previously held delivery, you can click the delivery calendar and click “Get Delivery”

How Holds work:

1. Year-Round Shares: You do not pay for the weeks your share was on hold. Instead the Delivery Credit is “banked” to be used on the next scheduled delivery date. There are no cash credits for holds.

2. Seasonal Shares: Some seasonal shares generally do not offer holds as an option. There will be no refunds at the end of the season for these holds. If holds are offered and you have prepaid for the season, you MUST REQUEST a cash credit on your account at the end.

Awesome alternatives to holds:

Find someone to split your share with, or to take over vacation shares. If they love it so much and choose to subscribe, you will receive a FREE BOX and they will receive a $10 credit from our Referral Program.

The option of "Doubling up" on the weeks of the desired hold month, which allows us to receive a predicted harvest schedule and monthly income (imperative to a farm!), yet allow a hold for a week. For this, you would receive 2 boxes 1 week and hold another week, within a 4 week period.

An admin-facilitated subscription suspension, which is help with suspending your boxes for 4+ weeks (to resume at a date of your choice), at an Admin fee of $25/subscription.

OUR FAVORITE - The opportunity to donate your share to our Community Supported Financial Assistance Fund. This fund offers members significant discounts on receiving Fruit and Veggie boxes so they can receive shares they would otherwise be unable to purchase. We are excited to be able to offer our EBT members a 50% cost match of their vegetable box through this program. *We are not a non-profit and this is purely an internal assistance plan, so this is not a tax deductible donation.
