HOW TO RENEW YOUR VEGETABLE SUBSCRIPTION:
From your Member Dashboard, you click "Renew Subscription" (https://mountainbounty.csaware.com/store/resubscribe.jsp). You are eligible for renewal when you have fewer than 6 weeks remaining in your share.
The purchase of these box credits will add to your current subscription delivery count. If you have a cash credit on your account, it will automatically appear at checkout.
If you'd like to switch to the Auto pay-every-4-delivery subscription, contact us.
We now offer 2 vacation holds every 6 months:
How to hold your CSA Share
Changes need to be made by Saturday at 5pm the week before delivery
From your Member Dashboard (https://mountainbounty.csaware.com/accounts/dash.jsp) use the delivery calendar on the right hand side to select the date you’d like to hold
For the date selected, all shares will be listed.
Click “Hold Delivery” for EVERY share you’d like to hold on EACH date you’d like to have a vacation hold.
For each hold you place with us, you’ll receive an email confirmation from us regarding the hold.
If you’d like to receive a previously held delivery, you can click the delivery calendar and click “Get Delivery”
Once your second hold in a 6 month period has been made, the system will not allow further holds until 24 consecutive deliveries have passed.
How Holds work:
Year-Round Shares: You do not pay for the weeks your share was on hold. Instead the Delivery Credit is “banked” to be used on the next scheduled delivery date. There are no cash credits for holds.
Seasonal Shares: Some seasonal shares generally do not offer holds as an option. There will be no refunds at the end of the season for these holds. If holds are offered and you have prepaid for the season, you MUST REQUEST a cash credit on your account at the end.
