Danish style seeded rye. This is a dense, sour, rye filled with pre-soaked flax, sesame, and sunflower seeds. Very nourishing. It's meant to be sliced thinly and used as open face sandwiches or toast. This bread continues to develop for many hours after it is baked, so if you can, wait until the next day to cut into it. It also keeps for well over a week. Pan loaf 2+ lbs or 950g.
