50% whole wheat and 50% “Artisan Bakers Craft,” an organic white flour designed for pro bakers. This is the only bread I bake with white flour. It’s an excellent and versatile sourdough loaf and a great way to introduce folks to whole grains since it has a higher proportion of whole wheat than most artisan sourdough breads. 1.5 lbs
