YOUR PICKUP SITE:
- To see the day and time window for your site, visit our pickup locations page.
- To see the exact address for your site, refer to your invoice email, the link in your newsletter email, or log into your account.
CHANGE YOUR ORDER:
Please contact Mielle to change your pickup site, adjust your order, or request a hold (2 per season). We need one week's notice for any changes to deliveries.

We appreciate the opportunity to address concerns that may arise and help clarify how our program works, so please contact us immediately if you are dissatisfied.
Cancellations must be in writing or email, at least one week prior to the date of delivery. In the CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) model of farming, your subscription is an investment in our costs to grow your food for the season, and we are relying on your support to get through the harvest. That said, we know things come up and we will accommodate unforeseen needs to cancel your subscription and refund the weeks that have not been delivered. We can also accommodate up to two vacation holds per season, credited toward the next renewal.
